Terms of service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Rudran's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rudran Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), whose incorporation has been filed in Canada and whose certificate is pending as of this version. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Service

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use: do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or use the Service for illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these limits.

3. Payment

Rudran is credit-based. You can buy credits outright as a one-off, or subscribe to a monthly plan that grants a credit allowance each period — the plans are shown in the app under Billing, and you can change or cancel one there at any time. Separately, you may switch on auto-reload, which authorises us to charge your saved card when your balance falls below a threshold you set. It is off unless you turn it on, it is capped per day, it disables itself after two consecutive declines, and you can switch it off at any time in billing settings. With auto-reload off, runs simply stop when the balance reaches zero. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

4. Intellectual property

Rudran retains all rights to the Service and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide and operate the Service. It does not extend to training models on your data: we do not do that. Be aware of the limit of that promise — it covers us, not every model vendor you can pick. Our Privacy Policy names the providers a prompt can reach and says plainly that we cannot extend a no-training guarantee to all of them; it does not certify any individual model as safe, so check the provider behind a model that matters to you.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Rudran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice (except in cases of fraud or security threats, where we may act immediately).

Upon termination, a 30-day grace window applies to self-initiated deletions, after which your data is erased. As our Privacy Policy sets out in full, that final erasure is a manual step for us today rather than an automatic timer — ask us and we will do it and confirm.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which Rudran Labs Inc. is incorporated, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. That province is named on the certificate of incorporation, which is pending; it will be stated here as soon as it issues. We would rather leave this clause visibly unfinished than name a jurisdiction we cannot yet evidence.
